This one sparkles

The challenge over at Card Creations and More by C was to make something that sparkles.
I can't say I'm thrilled with this one but I'm still a newbie and I was experimenting.

    Very cute!! I too am new to using "sparkles" but used some on a card I made on Saturday. I was just getting ready to post it if you wanna check it out! Good job!
