I've been busy and not crafty lately but I was inspired while visiting Christine's blog recently. She challenged us to make anything but a card! So I pondered and thought since Administrative Professional Day was coming up I decided to make something for my 2 wonderful AA's. Thanks to Card Creations and More by C for the inspiration. Ta Da... aren't they cute.

So here's the short list about me... I already mentioned wine and cheese :) I also love to travel but I don't do it much.  I love springtime and tulips are one of my favorite flowers. Finally I'm afraid of heights.

Catch You Later

This manly card was alot of fun to make. I used both my Camp Out and Just Because Cards Cricut cartridges. I just had the buttons and orange discs laying around and thought they matched well.

This card is perfect for the Manly card challenge over at Paula's blog and the recycle/use things laying around challenge over at Frosted Designs.

It's my Birthday

So I made myself a card :)

I used the Sweet Treats cartridge and lot's of stickles! Seeing it all together it has a bit of a baby shower feel with the pink, blue and pooh colors.

I'm entering this card in K Andrew's Simply Sunday Challenge at Getting Cricky. It's my Sugar and Spice submission, since I'm spicy and the cupcake is sweet! 



Nuts About You card

This cute critter came from the Camp Out cartridge and the phrase and the nuts are from Just Because Cards. Isn't the tree paper in the background awesome, it's DCWV paper (love this stuff). I love trees and all things nature so I really like this card.

Thank you Birdies

Isn't this birdie paper adorable.

So when I saw Robyn's challenge to make something using a feather friend I just knew I would be using this paper. The bird is from the Just Because Cards cartridge and the paper is DCWV. There's also a for the birds challenge at Getting Cricky's Simply Sunday challenge, so this seems to be a perfect card for that too!

This one sparkles

The challenge over at Card Creations and More by C was to make something that sparkles.
I can't say I'm thrilled with this one but I'm still a newbie and I was experimenting.

Spring It On

I made this simple Sringtime card using the Walk in my Garden catridge. I had the cute flower button left over form an old project and picked up the green gems after Christmas for  just .50 for 50 of them and the ribbon was just $1 at Michael's. I love the ribbon and how it matched everything perfectly.

Turtle Birthday challenge

This challenge by Christina has me using black, white and 1 other color. Here is my submissions. I used the Walk in My Garden cartridge to cut the turtles out. Go Green!!!

Something sweet for Valentine yummies

This will be for 2 challenges...Wow, I must be getitng into this blog/challenge thing :)
1st there's another challenge by MPS Robyn to make something super yummy. I have been wanting to use my new Tags Bags Boxes and More cartridge (yep, I found on) so I made these cute pink Valentine treat holders. I also used the Sweet Treats cart. How yummy is that!
